Instruction set for configuring Windows Mail (Vista Only)




open windows mail and click
Tools > Accounts





in the pop up window, under the "Mail" section, select the account and click Properties.





click on the "Servers" tab at the top of the new window.
in this window three fields will need to be modified.
substitute "domain.com" for the domain your email belongs to, for example:
the email address john123@wtconnect.com belongs to the wtconnect.com domain.
change the following fields accordingly.
Incoming mail (POP3):   pop.domain.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP):   smtp.domain.com
  E-mail username:   username@domain.com
where "username" is your actual username, the @domain.com is now required in this field.
after modifying the fields click OK





we're finished configuring Windows Mail click Close
